Hotel is bit run down and desperately needs renovation. Rools are old and bit stuffy, but after opening the window smell will dissappear

Stay-able place if you are sure you won't need anything else other than basic bed & roof!
Location is good - it's in the older part of town, and shops are nearby. The bed was comfortable.
The rooms don't have phones, so you can't call down to front desk if there's any concern or request you want to raise regarding the room. When you do get through to them on your mobile, they seem very startled and a bit irritated that you should want some service, and of course they don't get back to you to update you on what they have done because they don't bother to get your mobile number anyway. The bathroom tiles are deadly - slippery when wet. Do be very very careful stepping into the shower area. Hotel owner - you should have been providing rubber mats from Day 1. I wonder if you have had any injury or safety lawsuits over this. Still time to avoid them - place some rubber mats in the shower areas for guests to step on when they shower. TV reception is very very poor and channels are limited anyway. Internet is bad - I couldn't get any bandwidth on my pc and on my phone it was very weak and kept going off. Walls are thin, and the noise from the other rooms can get very distracting and disturbing. It was worse in my case because my room had adjoining doors on BOTH sides of the room and I had some very noisy neighbors who kept me up during the night. This when I had specifically made a prior request for a very quiet room. But of course that request was not read or even entered into any of their data fields. I know this because when I checked in, I was interrogated thoroughly on my booking because there was no attempt to refer to their computers - probably because they don't check for bookings via agents anyway. Room rate is deluxe pricing but the room is not deluxe. I fear to think what the standard room is like. I could go on, but it would just take another five more pages to list out all the other things that are minus points for my stay. Hope this provides enough information for future guests to be aware of.

Wonderful
Everything fine , free parking , wifi , kota tinggi view but the AC sometimes not cool , u had to call receptionist for maintenance came check . Last time i check in with receptionist name Amirul , really cool guy ,very friendly and good hospitality. But the girl receptionist only do their job . Last thing the price very cheap . Small amount of money but u get big size room . Honestly i enjoyed it.
They need put more light . It look scary at midnight
